Positive Container Denesting

The VHS rotary denester is an integral component of the VHS rotary piston filling system. Engineered to deliver the same legendary performance as our piston filler, the VHS rotary denester has proven superior during the past 30 years of operation in high-volume production environments. You can be confident that the addition of the rotary denester to your infeed system will result in positive container denesting, handling and subsequent filling.

Operation:

Cups are loaded into a rotary magazine which sets just above the denester jaws. As the denester rotates the jaws are activated by a barrel cam for precise separation. After the container is separated from the stack, a cam operated vacuum device locks onto the bottom of the container, which is then fed directly into the infeed starwheel of the filler.
