FOIL SEALERS

IMS rotary sealers are ideally suited for sealing a variety of containers, and are engineered to work in concert with a wide range of fillers and capping equipment. IMS takes great care and precision in the construction of its sealers.

Available with conduction or induction sealing heads, IMS sealers are most frequently designed with Enercon Induction Sealing Heads. Enercon is a world leader in sealing technology. The inclusion of Enercon sealing heads provides the benefit of clean operation and high-speed induction sealing, operating at a fraction of the power needed in conduction sealing. Also, induction heating is extremely effective in hermetic sealing and is much more forgiving on misshapen container openings.

The IMS sealing system is available as a stand-alone or can be integrated with your Original Equipment Manufacturer or retrofit filler configuration.
