RS Rotary Sealers - Induction and Conduction
The RS Rotary Sealer provides exceptional sealing for an extensive variety of containers and materials, such as glass or tinplate. The RS Rotary Sealer can seal aluminum foil caps with or without tabs on containers up to 110 mm in diameter, providing tamper evident sealing.
Sealing speeds range from 80 to 450 cpm but can be modified for faster sealing upon request. Operators have the ability to monitor and adjust machine speed and sealing time. Also, each sealing head can be controlled individually and the temperature monitored. To prevent waste and redundancy, all sealers are equipped with 'no cap-no seal' technology.
The RS Rotary Sealer is superb for all sealing needs, with fully automatic and continuous sealing of products.
