Relco FCS–Auto

Relco provides fully automated sealing with the FCS–Auto, a stand–alone, in–line foil sealer. The FCS–Auto can seal a variety of containers with various sealing caps. High–speed sealing helps provide exceptional aluminum foil cap sealing.

A punch and die cuts foil to predetermined specifications to fit the desired container. Fill containers are moved along the production line to the FCS–Auto sealer. Once in place, containers are sealed in 0.4 to 1 second before continuing down the production line.

Induction sealing allows for better control, reduced sealing time, increased reliability and less downtime. Relco custom builds each machine to meet specific needs, with the number of sealing heads varying to accommodate required output. Changeable parts are also available for different container types and sizes.
