Semi-Automatic Capless Induction Sealing Machine
The Relco MIT-1 is a multi-container capless induction seal application platform for low volume production,product development and test purposes.The system is designed to allow for the direct application of a foil to a container without the need for a cap to locate or compress the seal on/against the sealing land area.Maximum flexibility is provided in control over all sealing parameters to determine the optimum sealing conditions for any container.The user can adjust the downward force against sealing land area, the delay time before the induction power is activated, the induction cycle time and the post-induction 'cooling' time as well as the induction power level, control over which is provided by a 10 turn vernier dial. The Relco MIT-1 machine allows for very accurate seal forming and location combined with the superior quality of an induction seal but without the conventional requirement of a cap.
